About: Since coming to the United States, caster appeared in numerous orchestras,
including the University of Southern California (USC) Symphony and Wind Ensemble, Corona
Symphony, University of Iowa Symphony, Westwood Symphony, Oskaloosa Symphony, Ottumwa
Symphony, Westwood Symphony, and also Center for New Music Orchestras. While in college
he was a finalist in the Maia Quartet competition and also the university's concerto competition.
A graduate with distinction from the University of Iowa SChool of Music, Caster is a member
in the Pi Kappa Lambda and Phi Beta Kappa Society. Currently, he is pursuing his masters degree
at the USC Thornton School of Music. His teachers are David Greehoe (Quad City Symphony), Boyde
Hood (Los Angeles Philharmonic), Andrew Balio (Baltimore Symphony), John Bourque and William Theis
(Malaysian Philharmonic). |
